Seller agrees to sell and deliver a smart vending machine to Buyer.
Payment Terms:
• Full payment due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
Ownership transfers upon full payment and delivery.

Seller is not liable for:
• Loss of profits
• Damage
• Theft
• Injuries
Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller.
No guarantee of uninterrupted:
• Internet
• Cellular
• Third-party systems
Optional program allowing ad revenue.
Seller controls:
• Ads
• Partners
• Revenue model
Buyer must select one option:
All proprietary technology, software systems, remote monitoring platforms, and branding
associated with the smart vending machines remain the intellectual property of Vending Pros
USA or its partners.
Buyer receives a limited license to use these systems solely for operating the machine.
Seller’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by
Buyer for the machine(s).
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark
County, Nevada.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior
communications or representations.
Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

At Vending Pros USA LLC, we stand behind the quality of our vending machines. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must meet the following conditions:
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the machine
The machine must be in original, unused condition
All accessories, parts, and components must be unopened and unused
Proof of purchase is required (invoice, receipt, or order number
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Include: Your order number
The item you wish to return
A detailed reason for the return
Once received, our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with
detailed return instructions.
Return Shipping Requirements:
The machine must be properly palletized for return shipping
Returns must be shipped via a freight carrier
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Tracking is strongly recommended, as Vending Pros USA LLC is not responsible for lost or
damaged returns in transit
Refund Processing
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
A $500 restocking fee is applied to all returns
